I had a spontaneous kundalini awakening, but was unaware of what it was prior to. I did go down a healing path and did shadow work for 2.5 years. I was able to pull through the shadow work and went through "the eye of the needle" in which I realized the self-serving vs. service to self aspect. Anyways, since I didn't know that I was having a kundalini awakening the energy was pushed out of my heart center instead of going all of the way up to the crown. I haven't done a lot of research on why that happened, but in this video they talk about wasting a kundalini awakening.... I don't feel that mine was a total waste, but I'm at a point where I don't know what to do next. I got bored and tried dating and I realized how much I have changed so far. My spiritual journey is definitely more important than anything else to me.

I appreciate the idea of a structured path. The 'go it alone' approach can lead to a great deal of pain and confusion. I wonder though... does following a path limit innovation and growth? There's a lot to be said for trailblazing. My second point of curiosity.... what if we taught children the basics we all picked up as adults. I totally agree 💯 with what this beautiful lady said. I have not had an NDE, but I have done everything to remove myself from this world. Until a few weeks ago where I decided to take some mushrooms to see what would happen. I met with my guardian angels and they clearly explained my life just like this woman was saying. Love is the only thing that will save your life. The experience woke me up and my family have seen my change. I was also taking lots of Tylenol for the pain I was feeling arthritis and now I have no pain and my body feels better than ever. I had anorexia for most of my life, now I’m free and I’m able to eat like normal. Loving myself first was the best thing I could do. The rest is easy now.
